| Throughout the mechanical and dielectrical dimensioning of switchgears and components we consider all parameters affecting the technology and the serving- people when using and testing. Bearing-calculations, resistive-torques, spring-computations, simplified heat simulated networks, current forces and current density, dielectric field, partial discharges do also belong to our engineer knowledge, as well as pressure computation with open and closed volumes etc. | ||
| We select the optimal construction for the function, determine the manufacturing methods and coordinate the manufacturing of parts and components with different recognized manufacturers up to the production controlling. We constantly design on computer work stations with 3D-CAD SolidWorks. From the 3D data we derive 2D-manufacturing- and assembly drawings. | ![]() |

In addition these data will be partial used for the manufacturing of
stereo-lithographic parts and FEM- computations. Drawings and material
part lists will be provided in several languages. A constant drawing-number-
system will be developed before the 3D-modelling. Updating will be constantly
documented and can be called at any time. MS-Excel based material part
lists are available for implementation in other software applications. |

| Information
from manufacturing processes e.g. used materials, standard parts, or data,
necessary for CAM production will be questioned from manufacturers. The data administration is server-supported. All data are saved daily and protected against loss. During data archiving we hold the necessary data processing systems up available. |
